• All projects in general. He's a great asset to the team. He's willing to go extra mile to complete his tasks and projectsnad making sure everything is runs smoothly. Morevoer, he is great at building positive relationship with suppliers and colleagues.
  
• Lerick gave his all para maging successful yung mga events lalo na yung DV8. Kinaya niya lahat kahit sunod sunod yung events at siya pa yung nagcontrol ng TechBooth for this big event - last minute!!! Just wow. Sobrang important ng role na yun and magiging big problem talaga if there’s no one na as excellent as him to fulfill the job. Sobrang flexible niya kaya good job, Lerick!
  
• He really embodies this. Esp when he took over Ms. Leah's place for the meantime. Nakaka amaze and nkaka proud. Nag go beyond siya sa expectation ng lahat.
  
• kasi pinakita niya talaga yung pagiging excellent niya nung sunod sunod yung mga event. Hindi talaga siya nag give up. Hindi niya piankita samin na nahihirapan siya. Naging leader talaga siya samin.
  
• Yung back to back to back na events talaga at all of them present si lerick! Hindi ko kinakaya haha! Ang galing! Kung saan man kinukuha ni lerick yung strength niya, sana hindi niya maubos. Pahinga ka rin minsan you deserve it!
  
• ​I nominate Lerick. Sobrang daming events at napagsabaysabay nya yun lahat ihandle. From brainstorming to client facing to logistics, alam nya kung pano ihandle ng tama. At sobrang selfless nya. Kahit minsan nawawalan na sya ng time for himself basta matapos lang yung work.
